Smart

Tilt is equipped with an image and text recognition camera that allows the users to scan their favorite teas into the virtual tea library to set the water temperature and steep time. The sliding mat hosts an interactive screen, where cups can be set, that allows users to view the steep time of their tea through a simple ring of light providing a modern and tranquil tea experience. The kettle can be set to an automatic pour function to streamline the tea-making process and seamlessly blend into users’ morning and night-time routines.

Tactile

The magnetic divet in the kettle handle can be used to hold the lid while refilling the kettle. The small docking system connects the kettle to the base and creates a flat face on bottom that allows it to stand on its own. The clear glass of the kettle’s body and the matching cup allow the enchanting both tactile and smart aspects of the reimagined tea routine to shine.
